The following payment rules apply at 2bdtjl:

• 2bdtjl supports Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users or 2bdtjl staff.

2bdtjl may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• If a user submits a self-exclusion request.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
